These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PortalCraft Store (“Store”), where you may purchase virtual goods such as keys, VIP subscriptions, and other digital items (“Products”). By purchasing or using Products from the Store, you agree to these Terms.

1. Legal Entity

The PortalCraft Store is operated by PortalCraft. All sales are subject to these Terms and applicable laws of Germany.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases.

  • If you are under 18, you may only use the Store with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products

  • Products sold are virtual, non-tangible items (e.g., keys, VIP subscriptions, in-game perks).

  • Products have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or physical goods.

  • Delivery is automatic through in-game commands or systems linked to your Minecraft account.

  • By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving access to a digital product with immediate delivery, and you waive any right to withdrawal or refund.

  • PortalCraft is not responsible for losses due to incorrect usernames or shared accounts.

  • Abuse of Products (e.g., exploiting perks, violating server rules) may result in suspension or revocation without refund.
